Registration
This is the part of the website, which provides information on the only two possible cathegories of registration for ECOSY Summer Camp:
1. Group registration - foreseen for the participants from Member and Invited Organizations2. Individual registration - provided only for ECOSY Veterans
For details, please check appropriate section below.
In both cases, please mind that registration other than completed via the website will not be processed.
PARTICIPANTS
Participants must be registered through their Organizations, which are ECOSY Members or officially invited to participate in the SC08 by ECOSY. There are no exceptions from this rule.
In order to register, it is necessary to log in into the intranet section of this website (please see left side). Log-ins and passwords are provided to the ECOSY Bureau Members, as also to all the Organizations that have participated in year 2007 and used the registration system for ECOSY Congress and ECOSY 15 years anniversary celebrations.
In case you have any questions on your registration - please contact respectively ECOSY Bureau Member on behalf of your organization (which list you can find on the ECOSY main website) or respective international secretaries. Please keep in mind that ECOSY does not take any responsibility for individual participants and therefore will not provide any information on registration status of the organizations to anyone, except the Head of Delegation and/or Bureau Member of the organization in question.

ECOSY VETERANS
ECOSY Presidium and ECOSY Bureau would like to cordially invite all ECOSY Veterans to join us at the 9th Summer Camp. All Veterans are kindly requested to register via the web site as well, for which the necessary log-in and password will be provided by the ECOSY Secretariat once contacted via email: ecosy1@pes.org
DEADLINES
ECOSY Bureau decided that there are going to be 2 registration deadlines, which are:
30 April 1st Registration Deadline
16 June 2nd Registration Deadline
The registrations submitted after deadlines are not going to be accepted. There are no quotas for organizations limitting quantity of delegations. However, please keep in mind that the camping site offers a limitted number of 2000 places and once this number of participants is reached, the registration for the SC08 will be closed.
Registrations are valid only if they are accompanied by bank transfer of corresponding amount of participation fees. Any other notifications will not be processed and there will be no reservations completed.

VISA NEEDED?
Please click here to find out if you need a visa for France.
If you need a Visa, in order to fulfill all the visa requirements, your organization is requested to complete your registration within the 1st deadline. This will give sufficient time for the hosting organization to provide you with necessary invitation letters and also to deal with the Embassy closest to your place of residence. As the Summer Camp is a massive activity which means many logistical constraints, the visa assistance will be given only to the participants who register by the 1st deadline.
PAYMENT
As emphasized above, registration of participants is only valid, when transfer of participation fee of every participant of the delegation was registered on the ECOSY account.
Except ECOSY Veterans, we do not accept individual payments. The transfer has to correspond with registration, so please do not send money without having the forms submitted. Accordingly to the procedure of registration - transfer of the participation fees can be done only by Heads of Delegation.

FINAL DEADLINE
After 16th June the registration will be closed. There will be no prolongation for anyone and in any case. Neither ECOSY nor MJS will take any responsibility over attempts to register after the second deadline. Please mind that the registration form on the website will be closed - namely will disappear - on 16th June at midnight.
